• User, you, and your refer to any customer, barber, or visitor using the service.
• Services refers to all app and web features including booking, communication, wallet, and related tools.

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and use Freshcutr in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform is permitted in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating and maintaining your account.

• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify Freshcutr promptly of unauthorized use or suspected account compromise.
• Accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

Freshcutr provides a marketplace that helps customers discover barbers, request appointments, and manage bookings.

Freshcutr is not the direct provider of barber services and does not guarantee outcomes of offline service delivery.

Users must review appointment details carefully, including service scope, date, time, location, pricing, and payment method.

Cancellations, delays, no-shows, and disputes may affect visibility, account standing, and platform access according to policy.

Payment flows and fees depend on service configuration, location support, and selected payment method.

• Wallet payment: customer pays service amount plus applicable platform fee at checkout.
• Cash payment: customer pays barber directly; after barber confirms receipt, platform fee may be deducted from barber wallet.
• Negative wallet balances may occur in cash-flow settlement paths and must be resolved per platform policy timelines.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Freshcutr a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the platform.

You must not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on real service experiences.

Freshcutr may moderate, remove, or restrict abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating reviews and ratings.

Barber onboarding may require profile, identity, operational, and service quality checks before approval.

Verification status can change based on compliance, customer safety, or policy review outcomes.

• Fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
• Harassment, threats, discriminatory behavior, or unlawful conduct on or through the service.
• Interference with platform operations, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automation.

Freshcutr trademarks, branding, software, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

No license is granted except as necessary for ordinary use of the service under these Terms.

Your use of Freshcutr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freshcutr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties except where legally required.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freshcutr, its affiliates, and personnel against claims, liabilities, and costs resulting from your misuse of the service or policy violations.

Freshcutr may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement.

Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to unresolved obligations and applicable records retention requirements.

Where disputes arise, parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through platform support channels.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the governing law and forum provisions in these Terms, except where local law requires otherwise.

Freshcutr may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or product changes.

Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction designated by Freshcutr, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under local law.
