You can browse barber profiles without an account, but you'll need to create one to book appointments, save favorites, and leave reviews.
Visit a barber's profile, click "Book Now", select your services, choose a date and time, enter your location, and confirm your booking.
Yes, you can cancel a booking from your "My Bookings" page. Rescheduling is available by cancelling the current booking and creating a new one.
You'll receive a notification immediately. If you paid via wallet, your funds will be refunded automatically.
You can reach your barber through the booking detail page, where you'll find their contact information after your booking is confirmed.
Freshcutr supports wallet payments (via Paystack) for Nigerian users and cash payments at the time of service for all users.
The wallet feature is available for Nigerian users. You can add funds via Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD), and use your balance to pay for bookings.
Yes! All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We never store your card details directly.
Wallet payments are refunded to your Freshcutr wallet automatically when a booking is cancelled by the barber. Cash payment refunds are handled between you and the barber.
Go to Settings → "Become a Barber" and complete the 5-step registration process including your profile, location, services, specialties, and availability.
Access your Barber Dashboard to view and manage booking requests. You can accept, decline, start, and complete bookings from there.
Nigerian barbers can set up a payout account in their wallet settings. Wallet payments from customers are credited to your Freshcutr wallet, which you can withdraw to your bank account.
Yes! You can set and update prices for each service you offer from your barber dashboard.
Go to your profile page and click the edit button. You can update your name, photo, bio, and other details.
We verify barber profiles, enable reviews and ratings, and have a reporting system. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party providers.
